TLC's Spiritual covering under Pastor James McFadden comprises of 5 eldership positions. It is through these elders that the continuity of the vision of TLC is ensured. Every elder has a specific area of ministry that they oversee.

• Evanglism - Elder Carl Rogers covers our evangelism ministries - Drama, Outreach, TLC Crisis Food, and Greeters
• Discipleship- The Discipleship Elder oversees all areas that train and equip the body. Youth, Children,Turning Point, and New Members classes are all examples of the scope of this eldership position.
• Worship - Elder T.J. Scott serves to bring all areas of worship into one exciting experience. This covers the Praise Team/band, Dance Team, Sound/Lighting/projection, Ushers, and the Prayer Team.
• Care - Elder Jerry Ricketts is in charge of nurturing the church body and keeping everyone in fellowship with one another. This elder oversees things like: hospital visitation, funerals, weddings, and fellowships.
• Stewardship - The Stewardship Elder brings direction to the stewardship of church property, fundraising, and even the budgets of the church. He works to equip the church body to excel in what God has given them materially for an eternal reward.
